2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Age Requirement
2.1.1 By purchasing any product or service from Intuitive Ineez, the customer confirms that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2.1.2 If the customer is under the age of eighteen, the purchase must be made with the consent of a legal guardian.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 Pricing
3.1.1 All prices displayed on the website are stated in american dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
3.1.2 Prices may include applicable taxes where required by law.
3.1.3 Intuitive Ineez reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
However, the price applicable at the time of purchase shall remain binding for that transaction.
3.2 Payment Processing
3.2.1 Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers including Stripe.
3.2.2 Intuitive Ineez does not store or process payment card information directly.
3.2.3 Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards or other payment methods made available at checkout.
3.3 Instalment Payments
3.3.1 Where instalment payments are offered, the first payment shall be charged at the time of purchase.
3.3.2 Remaining instalments will be charged automatically according to the payment schedule agreed at checkout.
3.3.3 Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to purchased products or services.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
4.1 Nature of Products
4.1.1 Products offered by Intuitive Ineez consist primarily of digital products including but not limited to downloadable guides, online courses, educational materials and digital content.
4.2 Delivery
4.2.1 Digital products are typically delivered immediately following successful payment.
4.2.2 Delivery may occur via:
a) email
b) digital download links
c) access to online platforms
d) electronic file delivery.
4.2.3 In exceptional circumstances delivery may take up to five (5) business days.
4.3 Customer Responsibility
4.3.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
4.3.2 Intuitive Ineez shall not be held responsible for delivery failures caused by:
a) incorrect email addresses
b) spam filtering systems
c) technical issues beyond reasonable control.
5. DIGITAL CONTENT AND WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
5.1 Digital Products
5.1.1 Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5.2 Immediate Delivery
5.2.1 By purchasing a digital product and receiving immediate access, the customer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately upon purchase.
5.2.2 The customer therefore acknowledges and agrees that they waive any statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
5.3 EU and UK Customers
5.3.1 For customers located within the European Union or the United Kingdom, this waiver applies where the customer has explicitly consented to immediate delivery of digital content prior to checkout.
5.3.2 Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is considered fully delivered.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Ownership
6.1.1 All intellectual property rights in materials provided by Intuitive Ineez remain the exclusive property of Intuitive Ineez.
6.1.2 This includes, but is not limited to:
a) digital guides
b) written materials
c) courses and workshops
d) educational frameworks
e) audio or video materials.
6.2 Licence
6.2.1 Purchase of a product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
6.3 Restrictions
6.3.1 Customers may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, upload, modify or resell any materials provided by Intuitive Ineez without prior written consent.
6.3.2 Any unauthorised distribution may result in legal action.
6.3.3 Customers may not share login credentials, distribute downloaded files, or grant access to purchased materials to any third party.
7. PERSONAL USE
7.1 All materials and digital access are intended for personal use only.
7.2 Sharing login credentials, distributing digital content or granting access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
7.3 Intuitive Ineez reserves the right to revoke access where misuse is detected.
8. DISCLAIMER
8.1 Educational Purpose
8.1.1 All content provided by Intuitive Ineez is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
8.2 No Professional Advice
8.2.1 Content provided does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.
8.3 Individual Responsibility

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Intuitive Ineez aims to ensure that digital platforms and materials remain accessible.
10.2 However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
10.3 Intuitive Ineez reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue digital platforms or materials where necessary.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 Intuitive Ineez shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control.
11.2 Such events may include natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, epidemics, labour disputes or technical failures.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts unless mandatory consumer protection legislation requires otherwise.
